Evaluations

• Saturday, May 9th – 2:30 - 4:30pm
• Saturday, May 16th – 2:30 - 4:30pm
• Sunday, May 17th – 2:30 - 4:30pm

New swimmers must complete evaluation in order to secure spot on team. NEW Swimmers 8 and under must complete 25m unassisted (Freestyle & Backstroke) and swimmers 11 and older must complete 50m unassisted (no coach, kickboard or water wings). If a swimmer is not able to complete the requirement, we ask that the swimmer attend swim lessons.

Monday, May 18th – Weather depending - 1st practice - all practices will be held at the acac Waterpark – 200 Four Seasons Drive (swimmers must be acac members, acac team member, acac USA Swim Team member, 4 week or more camper and or acac preschool member)

Team Practices

Due to space restrictions – swimmers may only attend 1 practice a day.

*No Practice on Memorial Day or the 4th of July*

May 18th – May 29th: Monday - Friday PM

8 & Unders: 4:30pm – 5:00pm

9-12 Year Olds: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

13 & Older: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

June 1st – July 23th: 

M, Tu, W, F: AM practice schedule

These should be the main practice time for swimmers, as swim team has use of the entire pool for most of these practices. PM practices should be left open for swimmers whose parents work, or swimmers who are at another camp, etc.

13 & Older: 8:00am – 9:15am

9-12 Year Olds: 9:15am – 10:15am

8 & Under: 10:15am – 11:00am

Thursday Morning Practices Following a Meet

All Ages: 9:00am - 10:00am

*Thursday morning practices are FUN practices after the meet. Ribbons will be passed out and games will be played and are welcome to all ages*

June 1st – July 22nd: 

M, Tu and Thur PM practice schedule

Acac will not transport swimmers to and from these practices from acac camp.

8 & Under: 5:00pm - 5:30pm

9 & Over: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

July 24th & 25th - JSL Champs at the Brooks Family YMCA
